The riders can subscripe untill 15 oktober 2009 with the chairman

Extra insurrance is covered by the organisation. After the
15th of oktober 2009, riders can no longer subscripe. Riders
can't collect back the costs for travelling. On subscription
riders recieve 3 entree tickets.

All these competitions are ridden under
the rules of U.C.I., only the punishments of this covering body
are applied. As far as the anti-doping concerns, the international
anti-doping rules are applied after the competition. The inspector
has been appointed to carry out this anti-doping controls.
